Do the Beatles Enjoy Meditating?

Article by Zhang Xinyue of Create Abundance

Singer and songwriter, Paul McCartney recently let everyone know that he does enjoy meditating. He said this: “It is a lifelong gift. It’s something you can call on at any time. Now it’s actually coming into the mainstream. I think it’s a great thing.”

Ringo Starr also admitted that meditating helps in so many ways. “At the end of the day, I can end up just totally wacky, because I’ve made mountains out of molehills. With meditation, I can keep them as molehills.”

These are just two of the many singers, musicians and songwriters today who enjoy meditating. Imagine if you could create your own private haven where you could escape the chaotic speed of modern life? Imagine building a peaceful secure harbor from the storms of life in your own home. Meditating provides that and more.

Once you learn to meditate, you can do it anywhere. Some people even meditate while on vacation or at the office during the workday. It’s easy to fit into your schedule and you can do this at any time you like, whether early mornings or late at night.

Zhang Xinyue author of Create Abundance has said this:

“Creating abundance empowers you to pursue what you need and desire, thus making you unfearful of the unknown.” She encourages us to try new things that broaden our horizons.
